Powdered Greens vs fresh veggies

I really am not fond of veggies and have a hard time getting even one serving most days. I eat a couple servings or more of fruit.

Have any of you heard about Powdered Greens? I was wondering if they are as nutritious as fresh veggies?

I am not even sure if this question should be posted here and if not can someone suggest a good nutritional forum?

whatever powdered greens was, I will stick to fresh veggies. When you eat fresh veggies, you'll be sure that you can get the vitamins and nutrients of that vegetable. And I think eating raw vegetable can can also give vitamins and nutrients that came out when you cooked them.
