Powdered Greens vs fresh veggies
I really am not fond of veggies and have a hard time getting even one serving most days. I eat a couple servings or more of fruit.
Have any of you heard about Powdered Greens? I was wondering if they are as nutritious as fresh veggies?
I am not even sure if this question should be posted here and if not can someone suggest a good nutritional forum?
