Re: problems with digestive system

Ive gained alot of wieght and have become less active. I wieghed 170 6 or 7 months ago and am now at my old wieght of 245.(245 was my wieght 3 years ago, i lost it all of it and kept it off by being extremly active). Over the summer I stopped working out and recently Ive started to eat fastfood (easier to get being in college and all). Ive always had bladder problems, maybe 4 bladder infections but recently I cant tell whats going on. After I use the restroom to urinate or deficate I feel the instant sensation that there is still alitttle left. Sure enough I sit back down and just a tiny bit is left. Its been happening for a couple of days now and I have no i dea what this could be. Also Ive notices bits of clearbrownish slime on those little bits that come out on my second sitting. Any help?

Re: problems with digestive system

You probably have a urinary tract infection. Best to see a doctor or go to the "quack shack" if the college has one. At least that is what my kids called the health center when they were in college!

Eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, will help improve your bowel movements.
