Arm pain. Can anyone relate?

Sometimes (like today) I wake up with arm pain/ soreness. And even my hands feel very weak, like I can't even make a strong fist. I think it's because I clench my muscles when I sleep. Sometimes, when I wake up, I feel a relief from losening up my grip which makes me think I've had the muscles tight all night long. Sometimes, my jaw feels the same way. I don't grind my teeth, but I think I just keep them clenched as well and then wake up with soreness.

Right now, the pain / discomfort is above both my elbow. I feel like I don't have any kind of pressure in them so I squeeze them (if that makes sense).

Has anyone felt this? If so, what did you do to feel better?

Re: Arm pain. Can anyone relate?

Do you sleep on your side? Perhaps you are laying on your arm in such a way as to impeded the blood circulation somewhat...or perhaps laying on a muscle in a way that causes this pain.
