Ok, since I have never had a reaction such as this, could you tell me what a hive can look like and how long does yours last? I would say hers could have been a welt but it was round and on her face. If she had a reaction to something she ate, could she have only gotten one welt and on her face? If so, does that mean that it could have gone to her brain since it was right under the eye area? She has eaten strawberries before and had no problem and like I said, this was a strawberry cream cake roll thing. That's really the only thing it could have been if it were food related. I looked at it today and it seems to have gone down quite a bit and not as raised but still can see something there. Thanks again.
