MCV/MCH blood test

Does anyone have any idea why these the levels in these tests would be high?

High MCV means your red blood cells are unusually large. One possible cause is vitamin B12 deficiency. High MCH means your red blood cells have a lot of iron in them. The two tend to occur together.
