| Cell Phone Medication Alarms
Another Tip for those of us who need to take medications...
My medication schedule calls for one dose every 6 hours, 24/7. I have learned to use my cell phone alarm feature to go off every 6 hours, day and night. It is easy to change times, am/pm, and is a familiar sound and volume of your cell phone. I have chosen a unique bell that I am now used to hearing, even when I am asleep. At night, I just have the medication ready beside my bed.
This has turned out to be so helpful, keeping my medication dosage exactly even. Plus I am happy to use one of the many cell phone features, finally!
