pulsing in my leg, almost like heart beat.

Not to concerned about this: It's just more annoying that anything else.

For the past few months I've noticed a little 'twitch' in my groinal area. It almost feels like a heart beat (steady rhythym), but then it will rapidly twitch a couple times (not steady)... It happens quite a bit. When I lie down in bed, when I'm sitting at work, where I'm standing on the subway...

Regardless. I've felt my pulse and it is steady (not jumping around spastically like this twitch)... so I'm baffled.

Any clues?

Re: pulsing in my leg, almost like heart beat.

It sounds like you are having a muscle spasm in a very small muscle. It is the result of a nerve misfiring either at the muscle or along your spinal cord. Maybe even in your brain.

It can be an indicator that you are under a lot of stress. It can also indictate a need for potasium. For some people it's normal.

Trying eating one banana a day and try to relax.
