While Robert is right, it could also be your shoulder. Dont want to get technical so I wont. You have a brachial plexus which is a bunch of nerves that arise from your vertebrae. It can veryoften become impinged in your shoulder. You may not feel any pain in your shoulder but can feel the pain wherever your nerves are going to...you fingers, hand, wrist, elbow etc etc. If you are getting tingling it is to do with your nerves and you should go and see someone about that.
