Can I make it hurt less?

Is there any way for an inexperienced person to prepare for sex so that it won't be so painful?

Re: Can I make it hurt less?

uh as far as I know its not always painful the first time. but for the most part dont start right off with sex. have some foreplay first to get te nerves off edge. get her, or you if your her, excited and wet and things will go a lot smoother and easier.

And now for the condom plug.... WHERE ONE <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/tongue.gif">

You have to be relaxed and comfortable. Foreplay helps a lot, and you may also want to use some form of water based lubication. Be sure to be protected from diseases and pregnancy becuase you can't relax when you are worried about getting knocked up. Take it slow and easy and everthing should be ok.

RELAX!!!! That's the best advice. If you use tampons it wont hurt. My first time was totally painless. It also helps if the guy is not too "big" otherwise that cld be painful for a first time. Just relax and go with it. most ppl's first time is crap - I know mine was - so just chill and experiment!

Re: Can I make it hurt less?

everything said is true...you should have alot of foreplay before because it gets you relaxed and more lubricated. also putting your legs up against your chest (with the guy on top) helps because the two of you are at better angles. and remember SAFE SEX
