Unhappy Should i be worried? What should i do?

I have a history of self harm and mental health issues.
I have been having a tough time recently and have been using ligatures (tieing things round my neck) as i find it really helps me.
But i done it yesterday and really hurt myself.
I done it to the point i'd made myself faint, and now I have an unbelivably bad headache that just hasnt got any better, my neck is really sore to move and really sort of aches. I think i may have banged my head when i fainted (although dont recall doing it) as i have a mark on my head too.
Ive taken pain killers, but nothings helping.
Any ideas of what i can do?
Please dont give any lectures, i am currently going through treatment and help.

Change therapists. Doesn't seem this one is helping much.

You're suffering the aftereffects of hypoxia and possibly a concussion. My suggestion is to see your doctor for the concussion, and consider in-patient treatment.
