Hi, I'm new to the threads. I'm fairly young, 19 & im going through the tough time of sickness right now. Any input would be nice.
Ok it all started nearly 3 weeks ago when I , outta the blue, became constipated. I had no idea what was going on with me because that is rare for me. I took a laxative which made ne horribly sick, constant diarrhea throughout the day but surprisingly it didnt get the hard stool, so I ended up eating prunes which helped it hours later. The gas pains were so bad in my right side, I thought I had appendicitis, but luckily not.
After that I've been having gas pains & sometimes extreme nausea, Nausea literally nonstop throughout the whole day!
In hopes of stopping the nausea I ate chicken wing w/ hot sauce & fries. Took an excedrin 250mg & felt over whelmingly nauseous. Like to the point if I stood I would throw up, luckily I didn't. I don't know if it was the pill because I've taken the pill before & became heavily nauseous but other times I've taken, I've been ok.
I don't know what to think. I have constant nausea, gas pains & sometimes lightheadedness upon standing.
Please help :'( I'm such a baby.
Hi Linbbyrose, You should diagnosed by a physician and get cured completely. Check up your self and take some medication from a doctor.... I think that there is some problem in your own health caring..... Take a complete review and let it be right.....
Hi for constipation they say to increase fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, prunes, apples, rhubarb, figs, grapes, ground flax meal ( I would not use the whole seed). If the ground flax meal is not available I would simmer the whole seed and use only the slippery part straining out the seeds and throwing out the seeds themselves for constipation. I would not use this all the time since it can produce too much mucus for a woman.
I suggest canned foods might be used in winter if they are from the glass jar. Vegetable foods from the garden might be best frozen if possible, or put in a root cellar or fruits from a fruit tree may be dried or put canned in jars or frozen. The thinking with canned food now according to some is that the metals may contribute too much to the concentration of metals in the body that is toxic such as aluminum and lead as the sealer. Also now it is lined sometimes with some type of plastic which may contribute to the chemical load in my opinion.
Some other things one might use for fiber include cooked dried peas, also those from frozen, lentils, pintos, black beans, red beans, kidney beans (must be cooked until very soft or they may be a bit toxic) and peanut butter ( must be unhydrogenated as the hydrogenation may stick in the heart and blood vessels contributing to heart disease and blood vessel problems such as arteriosclerosis etc.). One might also get berries, broccoli, brussel sprouts, potatoes with skins, cabbage, corn ( aught to be used at period time for women maybe in my opinion since it can cause a period to come intermenstrually in my opion with some women), nuts, popcorn, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, other seeds. Spinach may be another one filled with fiber that might cause bleeding and might be used at period time, it has 7000 some odd substances in it according to some. Yams might be used if there are no period pains in the ovaries in my opinion and maybe should be used on rare occasion anyway and if chosen canned should have the lowest sugar available such as the vacuum packed one with no sugar added in my opinion.

How would eating chicken wings with hot sauce and fries get rid of nausea???? If you were feeling so nauseous to the point of almost throwing up, then eating anything would make you feel worse. Is it possible that you could still be constipated? Being very constipated can cause severe nausea and lightheadedness. Or maybe you have an ear infection, that causes the same symptoms.

At tht point in time the nauseousness started after I ate the chicken, my family was having a party so I decided to just go for it & tht obviously was a bad mistake. Lol
I'm not certain if it were the chicken or the Excedrin that made me nauseous because as I said before, the Excedrin made me sick before when I took it for menstrual cramps.
