When I was younger I used to get really bad stomach pain and we never knew what it was I went for scan and everything and a consultant told me I had a few cysts on my ovaries! And it started to really get me down.
Now a few years on I still get these pain not as bad as they were but my ovaries seem to swell up really bad and all my lower stomach swells up! Sometimes the pain is unbarable. Does anyone know what this could be or advise me to do anything to help me??
Im taking no medication only paracetamol when I get the pains but they never seems to work that much. Ive always had trouble with really bad period so ive been taking transphemic acid to slow down the blood flow but now im off this medication.
Hi I always dread it when someone tells me they are taking Paracetamol. This drug is known to cause such stomach pain and bleeding in people according to other places and other posters. It can also cause liver failure.
yes ive tryed giving up dairy, and still have the same pains! I can't think myself of anything else that could be causing these pains!
Seems you have been trying to track this down for awhile and have tried quite a few things to get to the root of the problem. What does your Dr. say seeing it is happening again? Have you been seen by a Gastro Dr. to see if they can figure it out, as that is the first one I would try?
You can try many home remedies and eliminate things but nothing is going to work till you know exactly what your dealing with.
Good luck and hope you get to the root of it soon....JJ....

Hi I have wondered if a baby girl gets an antibiotic injection or takes those in babyhood and then carries the yeast unknown in her system if she could then get endometriosis later in youth.
A number of years ago I read a book that talked about patients who came into this doctors office with severe stomach pain so bad the patients were doubled over. The first thing he had these patients do was to take a glass of water if after a few minutes went by, the patient felt better he was given several more glasses of water. He said this almost always worked.
The water is said to help increase the mucous barrier for the stomach so that the acid is less likely to eat at the stomach.
Cabbage juice diluted with water may help a bit or ordinary raw cabbage but if a person has low thyroid I would not use a lot of it.
