Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

Nearly 3 months ago...i was just walking in the backyard, when suddenly, i just felt really fatigued and tired. Like i was in a dream. Feeling spaced out. Ever since that day, all day everyday, i feel spaced out, dream like state, and really tired. Ill have patches where i spend a few days in a row just laying in bed resting. And have some better days, where im not as tired but still "dreaming', and spaced out. Have been to the doctors many times since. Have had everything tested, everything is normal. Ill have a good nights sleep and wake up like ive had none. Im on heaps of vitamins and stuff, none of them help. Im just been in a big dream for 3 months. I am eating normal. Dont have aches or pains consistently in the body...my legs are just weak from not using them. Ill sometimes get a ace in the head which send a hot flush through my body. I wake up during the night...mostly about 4 -4.30...and struggle to get back to sleep. i get occcasional vertigo. Im 18 years old by the way...doctors think its post viral but cant be sure...anyone got any ideas? its the worst feeling in the world. just fel like your dreaming.
please help me!!!

Have you tried writing down what you eat and start comparing it to how you feel?
The best way to do this is to fast for one day, drinking ONLY water and veggie juice, then start adding a different food each day and noting how you feel. Very likely this could be a food allergy. Google the symptoms. Good Luck

Re: Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

Can you explain the feeling a bit more?

When you say it's like you are dreaming in the moment, what is it like the next day? You know how when you have a real dream, it fades quickly after you wake up. How is your memory of those previous days? Does the living in a dream also work that way, or is your memory of the previous days good?

When you say everything's been tested, have you been to multiple doctors? Or has one doctor done all of the tests? Basically, have you seen any specialists?

I think the idea of trying the foods issue is a good one. But be careful to not short your body on protein. That would be one of the first things I'd add back in as you test to see how you react since a weak body needs it's protein.

I know that people can get brain fog when eating foods that don't agree with them.

Hey dear fellow, I think that it is just vagary thing in your mind and there is no kind of reality behind this all. Some times it happen's to somebody that he have had a dream like that and felt that this is a disease but there is not like that kind of any thing. Don't worry, fresh your mind and don't think of this kind that you are not right.......

I am definitely no expert but have you looked into brain conditions and other neurological conditions? I think I'd be seeing a neurologist if I were you.

Re: Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

i think it may be lack of sleep.while I was going through my depression, I felt like I was living in a dream. Nothing felt real and it scared me.these things happen when people are in deep tension etc.

Re: Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

Hi did you have a sore throat or cold before all this?

Is a daily walk taken in nice places?
Is there a body of water nearby?

Personally I would change a couple things I already notice. I would stop all supplementation.

I would change the way I lay in bed. No daytime napping, to bed at night at the same time every night if possible and get out of bed at the same time even if there is no sleep just lay there and relax all muscles.

Re: Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

Hi one guy I knew who seemed to suffer from headaches and some bizarre behaviour had dozens of supplement bottles all over the table. He just took a several of this and that bottle without any real rational reason or doctors order for most of them except he was trying to get rid of the headache. I suspect it would have been better if he had not taken all those.

Re: Feels like im in a dream & really tired, Whats wrong with me?

Hi sometimes a B complex can cause a hot flush particularly if there is a yeast problem and the person is allergic to niacin. If there are too many supplements of course that might cause a spaciness. Also Candida can cause a feeling of spaciness. If there is a body of water nearby, rotten leaves or rotten garbage the mold spores may not help a person if they have a yeast inside themselves and an allergy to mold according to what I have read. I hope sleep habits are corrected also because that could contribute. Those who don't get proper sleep and don't keep proper sleep habits can become psychotic.

Food allergies CAN cause your glands to swell. Been there, done that.
