The past 4-5 weeks now I have unable to sleep much and feeling sick almost every night and I'm starting to worry what is causing it. During the day I'm absolutely fine but at night (usually 9pm onwards) my body keeps making strange noises all over. It sounds like your stomach rumbling when your hungry but not as loud, nor as strong in vibrating but it's constant either in my stomach, liver, abdomen, upper chest and sometimes below my neck.. I have had blood tests and I am ok I have also asked a doctor but they could not tell me anything. This is starting to worry me that I feel sick every night for no reason. Can anybody help me please? I'm begging for help.
Edit: sorry for the lack of information but this is literally all I have. Feeling sick every night with a constantly sore / rumbling stomach and now a very painful onset of diorhea (I don't know how to spell it).
The last time I ate was at 5pm when I had a spaghetti bolognaise. I drank a hot chocolate at about 8-9pm and that was it. I don't take any meds. I have eaten lots if different foods over the Past few weeks so I don't think it might be foods :/
You mentioned ALMOST every night. The fact that you're fine during the day suggests that you are getting into something that bothers your body in the late afternoon.
I'd suggest you start logging everything you eat or drink and then compare it to how you are feeling and how your night went. Many times it's not always a food that is causing the problem, but rather something in the food, like an additive. I would suspect dairy, but not sure.
