Persistant Fatigue and Light Headedness

I am a 39 year old male and I have had fatigue and light headedness with other vague symptoms for a number of years. I have had an MRI, countless tests etc with everything coming back as normal.

Over the past 12 months or so my light headedness has got worse and I feel very spaced out- this has increased my anxiety with occassional panic attacks and my levels of tiredness have also got worse.

I have also experienced bouts of frequent urination (going to the toilet twice the amount as usual) along with some aching around the pelvic areas. I went to see the Doctor and he has sent me off for more blood tests and a urine test. Last time everything came back normal however my Plasma viscosity was slightly raised but the Doctor didn't think this was significant. I will see what comes back this time!

I started to see a CBT expert and she has put me on 5HTP- I have only been on this a week or so and I think it makes me feel worse.

Does any of this sound familiar and if so what would you recommend?

Thanks

Re: Persistant Fatigue and Light Headedness

Fuzzy head and frequent urination?...He's my story. I was having the same problems and after years and many doctor visits and with no results, I discovered the cause by coming to this board. I found that I cannot tolerate eating certain foods, as it will cause bladder irritation and fuzzy head. It took me a long time to pin point the foods that were causing the problem.
I don't know if you've considered this or not, but thought I'd throw it out there.
