I've come to believe that when it comes to the female reproductive system that there is nothing normal. There always seems to be something weird going on. You could have a cyst that has ruptured, or you might be pregnant. I would give it another month and see what happens and then if not back on track, go see the doctor.

Hi a gynecologist could tell a person more but personally I would wait a few more cycles and do plenty of health measures.
What is done to stay healthy?
What foods are eaten?
Is there exercise outdoors and proper rest?
Are any bad substances such as alcohol taken into the body?
How much water intake is there?

Hi, i have my period on the 11th of march 2011 and it was just 3 days instand of the normal 5 days and after 8days i started to spot black blood. is this normal or is something wrong with me?
I definately wouldn't panic but keep an eye on things. If it keeps up I would make an appt. with your GYN for some answers. When I was younger I had a few weird periods myself but I think it was stress. A couple were very light and others were quite heavy. Having 2 children 13 months apart was a handfull to say the least and I know I was not taking as good of care of myself as I should have.
Good luck, and please keep us posted...JJ...
