| Freezing hand and foot... but burning... ?
So I think last night I feel asleep on my arm. Because next thing you know, my hand was in so much pain. In my dream, the pain transferred over to somebody smashing my hand with a mallet (cartoon style), leave it crushed. I awoke with pain and just remember clutching my hand in pain! I can't remember if I slept on it, but it would make sense that I did. Today, my right hand and foot feel frozen. I feel like I am leaning up against an iceberg! But the weird thing is, aside of the coldness, I feel like, an internal burn. It feels like a glowing burn I guess around the bone (hand and foot), but it is freeezing! Right now, it's just my right hand and foot. My left side is cold, as usual, but not frozen.
I don't smoke, I drink occasionally, and am low weight. I don't eat too unhealthy, but I don't exercise regularly.
And this is not the first time I've experienced this. I mentioned this to my doctor and she said that it may be Reynauds and just left it at that. But my fingers never go white. If anything, they go red. My right hand (more problematic) seems to be permanently redder than the right (wasn't always this way). As far as my frozen foot (sometimes it is both or either), I thought that maybe my sneaker soles weren't thick enough and the cold was rising from the concrete floors so I'd wear extra socks. I don't think that's the issue anymore...
Should I worry about this, or just ignore it? Being cold is no fun, but if it's nothing, i'll just deal. I just don't want it to be anything more serious than just a possibly low natural temperature.
thanks!
