| Spontaneous bursting of blood vessels in fingers
Hi I am 69 and have had that spontaneous capillary bursting in fingers for years - months and months go by and then another one pops. But does ANYONE on here get front of knee bruising? I dont have joint problems, just knelt down and had this really horrible sharp bee sting pain in my knee. I yelled out in fact as the pain was so sharp. (My knee felt a bit tight as I was about to kneel). Two days later I woke up to bruising below the knee and soreness around it.) I'm asking this as the "bee sting" was the same as I get in my fingers but much more painful. And can you recommend any supplement I can take (but I do eat healthily). Thank you, Sarah.
