| cystic ovary or complex mass?
please help. I have been sick since december and have been in the ER atleast 4 times. In jan they did ultrasound said i had a 2cm cyst on right ovary then last week i had to go back and was said to have cyst on left ovary and a solid mass on right. I went and had catscan done monday and this is what was found....
Prominent right adnexal region with a areas of increased diminished attentuation suggestive of multiple cystlike structures or a complex mass having a ggregate size of 5.8 x 2.6 x 2.9 cm.
Left ovary measures approx 2.3 x 1.2 x 2.1 cm also revealing a nonhomogenous density probably a cystic ovary as well.
There is no abnormal fluid accumulation in the pelvis.
Please help me understand what this means
