| have had mass attached to testicle for 9ish years
sort of a soft, round mass that seems to be attached to the front or top of my right testicle, have never felt any pain from it until recently, the past two or three days it has been a bit of a dull pain as if some tubes are twisted in my scrotum. The 'mass' can be transillluminated with a flashlight, and a MEPS doctor assured me it was most likely a spermatocele or a hydrocele. I repeat, no pain until recently. I have a Dr.'s Appt. to see if I need to have any procedures done to remove the mass, but I wanted to check here for some assurance that I haven't suddenly developed Cancer in my testicle after 9 years of having the same roundish mass attached. Thanks
