After hospital stay

I wasnt sure what catagory to post this under but I just spent 6 days in an ICU in a hospital, most of the time was spent in bed with the exception of a walk in the hall each day and a walk to the toilet. I am recovering however I am experiencing discomfort in the muscles of my upper abdoman when I go for walks, best way to describe is what one experiences after caughing for a long duration during a cold or doing sit ups, my illness did not involve any coughing or anything near the abdomon.Normally I am a very active person that is always moving around. When this occurs and I sit the discomfort subsides right away.
