Hi some states offer public health assistance to help pay insurance for those who can't afford it.
Constipation might be relieved by avoiding refined foods, snacks, meats, dairy, cheese, eggs and a switch to mostly fruits, vegetables, a moderate amount of whole grains, and dried pea beans cooked in crockpot or pressure cooker twice a week. A vegetarian can and often does have 2 or 3 bowel movements a day. Prune juice, oatmeal and Okra may be beneficial.
Sometimes a good warm quart of water in the morning a half an hour before breakfast or a bowel movement is useful. A little jiggling on the toilet may be useful if bad. A daily brisk walk is important to get the bowels stimulated to move it rocks them and the food moves through faster.
If there is pain about an hour after meals it may be there are gallstones and the pain may come particularly after fatty fried or oil foods, butters and even sweets if the attack is bad. This may be because there may be bacteria in the area fed by the sweets and cause the area to become more inflammed and irritated with the stone crystals digging into tissues.
Sometimes a heating pad may help the muscles relax a bit. Sometimes a cold pack may help if the stomach itself has suffered. Sometimes things such as ibuprofen cause terrible abdominal pain and even perforation later.
Have pills been taken? When does the pain show up? Are 6.25 cups of water consumed for every 100 pounds of body weight or so?
