i am 18 years old and my stomach has been hurting for a couple of months now it will not stop hurting i just want to have a normal pain free life what could be wrong with me?

You will need to explain a bit more about what the pain feels like, exactly where it is (lower/upper abdomen, left sided/right sided etc). Are you on bc pill? That can cause stomach cramps. Is it around a certain time of the month? Does it sting when you pee, running a fever, things like that..... More people will be likely to help

its like a sharp pain its right near my belly button im not on bc pills i can not have a period i run a fever every day

Since you have a fever, you may have an infection. Are you having diarrohea? There is a number of things it could be in that area. Have you tried going onto web md symptoms checker and selecting your symptoms?

yes i am havind diarrhea everyday and i have not tried going on web md symptoms checker
