Exercise before blood test

Hi everyone,

I recently had a blood test come back showing the following values (below). I was referred to a Hematologist who wants me to have a retest to ensure the Retic value was not a lab error. They want me to do it urgently this week. The only time I have to do it is after work. Normally I go to the gym and then head home. Will working out (60 minutes of cardio) cause any change in my red/white blood cell counts?

Thanks.

RBC- 3.8 (range 4.5 - 6)

HCT - 34 (range 40 - 52)
WBC - 3.8 (range 4.2 - 11)
ABS Retic - 2 (range 25 - 100)
