| pain all over the body - very worried

I will try to keep my story short.
For many years I have problems with my legs (2002-2006). I had blunt pain in my right calf and burning pain in both legs below knee. I have the most problems at night, I couldn't sleep. But tha pain was not always the same. There were better and worse times.
I did many exams, including mri of spine, head, EMG..., everything was normal.
In summer 2006 I was prescribed cymbalta (AD) and miracle happened.
For the past 4,5 years I lived normal live. The pain has almost dissapared. I could sleep normaly.
But everything changed 3 months ago. The pain in right calf ruturned. And after a week I got burning pain all over my body, including arms.
The dress I carry gives me pain.
I tried two other AD but no imporovment till today.
I'm very affraid and in difficult condition.
What is wrong with me? Do you maybe have any idea?
