Lumps Under Skin Near Groin - Help!
Hi.

I'm 14 and I have two clusters of lumps under my skin on both sides of my groin. There are around 5 on each side and each lump is no bigger than 3/8ths of an inch across. Most are about 1/4 of an inch, with some that are smaller. They are not moveable, and fairly hard.

What is this?
Anything else you need to know?

Im 14, and I have pain in my right testicle.. and scared to ask parents.. ugh... i hate this!
