Angry Leg pain

I am not sure where to post this.
Since spending 4 days in the library in 2008 cramming for finals I have had pain when sitting/laying. I thought it was just from sitting the a chair for that long. Its not my back. Its almost more like its my skin and muscles of my thighs and butt. If I sit for even a second it hurts. I thought it was because since graduation i have spent more time sitting. I started exercising daily, walking and jogging at least 3 miles a day. The pain is still there only in whatever area I am putting my weight on. It's literally making me insane. The only time the pain went away was when I had my son. I had a c-section so was on meds for a while.
any opinions??
