 two muscle spasms in neck leads to fainting?
About a month ago I had a couple of muscle spasms on only one side of my neck within a minute. After the second spasm I heard a television static-like sound ringing in my ears, felt like I had a fever, fainted and woke up a few seconds later peeing myself (I know embarrassing >.<).
But also I'm not quite sure what these muscle spasm are but they feel like I'm being electrocuted almost. I get these muscle spams every so often but, two in row and fainting has never happened before. Please help! :(
