Jawbone

Yesterday I yawned and my jaw felt like it had completely popped somehow. Not the joint, the actual bone. Ever since, there is a piece of my left jaw back towards my molars, possibly under them, that is movable (I can move something through my cheek around a bit) and in a great deal of pain. Would this be a sign of a wisdom tooth coming in? I am seventeen, but my dentist didn't really think that I would even get wisdom teeth. If this is a sign of a wisdom tooth coming in, could there possibly be something wrong? Any expedient response would be lovely, thank you!

Re: Jawbone

People have dislocated there jaw by yawning.Did you see a dentist and have him look about the wisdom teeth? If no one has checked and this still hurts its best you have it looked at.

Re: Jawbone

When my wisdom teeth came in, I had a lot of trouble with my jaw- it would get stuck and then "pop" a lot. It didn't ever get dislocated, but I think that is possible.
