Hello everyone,

I have been feeling weird pressure in my temples for last 9 to 10 months.Its like spasm , feels like something is moving up and down just next to my ears. Its like pressure, in my temple area, vision has been affected, seems like its sort of dim. I spend lot of time in front of computer, at least 8 hours everyday. Last year, i was in front of my computer and suddenly i thought that my brain is not getting any blood, my eye vision grew dim and sort of darker and i got extreme pressure in my right side temple area, just like it has been filled with air, numb and senseless. I thought i was having heart attack, extreme shortness of breath. Went to different doctors, but they said, its not aneurysm, not stroke. Went to optemetrist, and he said that optic nerve is fine. I do have high triglycerides 222 range. Now i feel very tired, lethargic, sometimes short of breath, depressed. If i try to spend more than 1 hour in front of my computer, my eyes start to burn with my whole head, and feeling of pressure in temple, like something is moving next to my both ears.
Any ideas? Is it temporal arteritis, or something like eye problem eg uveitis, conjuctivitis or because of my high triglycerides.Any suggestions , plz?
