Why is my forehead tingling and I'm short of breath?

Let me give you a overview of what's been going on. I have been experiencing on and off for the past 8 months the same symptoms. I could just be doing anything and then my forehead gets tingly. After that I become short of breath and sometimes I hear ringing and static in my ears. I feel really dizzy and disconnected from the world. I feel like I'm going to pass out, but I don't fully. One time this happened so bad that I woke up on the kitchen floor and was so disoriented that I thought the world had turned upside down, but I was laying on the floor. I then gasped for air.

I have had an EKG, EEG, Blood work, MRI and all came back okay. So my family and I have no idea what this could be. Lastly, I just wanted to add that I am on 150MG of Wellbutrin SR and 20MG of Lexapro.
