For the past couple of weeks, certain places on my body have been feeling bruised/sore to the touch. Those places are my hands, upper arms, upper thighs and feets. The pain/soreness comes and goes and when I press on these areas...it just feels like one giant bruise. Unfortunately, I don't eat healthy and have a high salt and sugar intake. I'm not sure if this is my body's way of telling me to eat healthier? However, it's getting to the point where I feel this everyday and would like to get it taken care of.
These are symptoms which I have suffered from myself. Generally after a virus like Flu or a cold.
I have even found it painful to brush my hair as the top of my head has been so sore.
You could have a Virus of some sort, also if I was you I would cut down or out on salt/sugar and see what happens.
I cut sugar in all forms from my diet some months ago and soon after noticed a difference in my health (good), I have since introduced sugar back on a much smaller scale and still feel better for it. Salt I only have occasionally.
It could still be something else and if you are worried, see your Dr. Solofelix.
Thanks for the reply. I will try to cut the salt and sugar and see what happens. I was also sick before this happened and I am actually still suffering from the remnants of a cold the virus thing makes sense. Sorry to ask but what is Dr. Solofelix?

Dr = Doctor/General Practitioner.
The Person you go to see when you are feeling unwell!!...
It could help you to increase your intake of water. A high sodium diet like you mentioned could cause a level of dehydration which in turn can lower your body's capacity to carry oxygen to your muscles. Try 6-8 tall glasses of cool (not cold) water per day for a while and see how you feel.

Good luck and good health!
Thank you for the advice....I appreciate it.
Should I schedule an appointment with my chiropractor or regular Dr??? I'm not sure if this is even back related but I've also had issues with the back in the past.
A chiropractic adjustment can probably help your problem, at the same time your Chiropractor may actually refer you to go see your family doctor if needed.
