Generalized Weakness

Since i started working more hours at my job, over the past few months I've noticed that I've gradually started losing muscle strength especially in my hands and arms. It's a physical job so there is no reason why this should be happening (I should be building muscle since I do alot of heavy lifting etc.). The only thing that I am doing differently besides being more active it that I am also eating less (about 1500 to 1200 calories a day-it's hard to take any kind of lunch break). What do you think is causing this and what would be a good solution?

I think that's it right there - you need to be eating more with a physically demanding job. You started working more, so that means you're burning more calories throughout your day. It's harmful to your body to keep doing what you're doing. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to take a lunch break - you are allowed one by law ( if you live in the US ) and some places require that you do take it. If you have one and aren't taking it, then it's your own choice. It's never good to skip meals like that, especially with a physical job. If your employer is not allowing a lunch break, then they're breaking the law.
