Lower abdomen in pelvis area (between hip bones) is constantly distended

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight ir has had the same thing happen to them. Before anyone tells me to go to the dr I am currently under her care but I'm getting nowhere fast-just lots of blood tests.
A bit of background, I'm 28, medium height and slim build. I had surgery 5 yrs ago to remove my right ovary because of a twisted cyst, and no other gyno problems that I'm aware of. Back in january this yr I had a weeks course of amoxicillin 500mg for fluid in the ears and dwollen nodes around neck.
For the past nearly 3 months my pelvic area has been visibly distended, when I look down its very rounded, its worrying me because I've never so much as bloated in this area before, when i've overeaten in the past my.syomach bloats up to just before my hip bones but the very bottom of my abdomen/pelvic area has always been completely flat, even when I was much larger. Now it is distended all the time, I wake up with it and it does get worse if I eat a lot. I've also unintentionally lost 6lb in the last few months.
So far I've had 3 pelvic u/s, one transvaginal u/s, one abdominal u/s and a diagnostic laparoscopy (which I'm hoping rules out anything too scary) if anyone has had the same thing or can offer any help it would be very much appreciated.
I've also had numerous blood tests all if which are normal, still awaiting celiac result, stool sample result and urine sample result.
One last thing, I've noticed when I lean back the distention seems to split into two and theres a swelling either side of the pelvic area and the middle dips in , and if I lean side to side I get a huge bulging out bit on the side I'm leaning to.
