Irritation and pain between my thighs and vaginal area?
 

It started about a year ago. Sometimes the area between my vagina and thigh will get very irritated and it's painful. There's also a white thick discharge that's covering the area that smells horrible. I don't know what it is. The only thing that seems to help is A&D ointment. But after it wears off, a couple days later it starts all over. Anyone know anything about this or has dealt with this?

You need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

No doubt you have a very bad case of "yeast" infection. Yeast will grow on the outside skin same as it does inside the vagina. A white discharge goes along with yeast infections as well as smelling bad.

Ointments like A&D will trap moisture next to the skin. Yeast loves warmth and moisture.

Use a hair dryer to help keep area dry. Wear only cotton underwear and loose cotton clothing so air can reach the area.
