| Depression and swollen stomach after spinal surger
I am 20 days post op from having spinal surgery on my lumbar 5, it also had a cyst removed that had pushed it forward. I was under for about 6 hours and know that I still have a long road ahead for recovery, as my life energy is "0", I have little or no energy yet, I cry a LOT, and noticed that my stomach is still swollen. I had neck surgery 2 years ago, having c3, c4, c5, and c6 replaced and attached to a titanium plate. this was also done to my lumbar 5, only 20 days ago. I just was not prepared for this major depression with lots of crying just out of the blue...I also noticed that my stomach is still swollen. Is all of this normal as I don't recall going through this with my neck surgery.
