| Hard lump in center of chest below my sternum
I just noticed this a few days ago. Not sure how long its been like this but I can only feel it if I poke my chest out, its a hard lump right in center of my chest between my breastbones, feels kind of roundish. Not sure if its my bone or my Xiphoid Process or something else. Anybody have a idea of what this could possibly be?
The lump is right were number 6 is on this diagram

And it doesn't hurt until I press on it and it will hurt for a few mins then stop. So I've stopped pressing on it............
