Hi, i am 19 i am around 5ft 10"
I want to know how to lose my belly fat and tone up!
What do i need to take, should i take protein if so which one?
Should i take creatine?
I mean i am not fat just a bit chubby!
In the gym i can lift a reasonable amount i guess for my build, should i be focusing on cardio to get rid of my fat or should i do both?
I normally lift weights for about 40/60 mins then go for a swim or run.
I used to take promax diet but didn't see much difference, what should i take?
I have a good diet so its something to help me tone up and get a six pack.
I go to the gym every day so i want someone thing that is going to be quick, i don't care how hard it will be!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i am truly stuck!
