HI allI'm 30 years old and female. I"m so scared and miserbale.

3 months ago I developed severe constant shortness of breath, recing heart rate at rest,chest tighness, sensations of pressure through my head, this wold wake me up everynight for about 2 motnhs as well. I would be woken up to feeling like I'm having a heart attack. Somehow it all want away and I developed digestive issues that come and go.
Last monday my stomach wasin severe constant pain for days. Suddenly my above symptoms returned full forced.
severe shortness of breath that is always there but worse at times.
weakness in shoulder and arms
palpatations in throat
rapid heart rate getting out of bed or random times.
nausea
This seems worse when I lay in bed. I wake up becuae I feel like Im suffocating or someting in body isn't working right.

I've been to 2 cardiologist
lung specialist
ER 3 times
They said nothing is wrong

TEst done;
7 EKGS
3 echos
1 stress echo
TONS of blood work-no thyroid problems no anemia
2 chest CTs
head CT
Abdominal CT
Heart monitor for 24 hours
I've also had all hormones checked which are normal.

I'm so beyond frustrated and firghtned they're misssing something. A clogged artery maybe. I just don't know. Does anyone have any ideas at all???
