Exclamation Contagious? phobia..need peace of mind.

Hi, I am in Texas visiting my boyfriends family. Yesterday me him his mom and sister went to lunch at some place downtown. Me and his mom and sister only ate 2 things in common, the ranch and the fried pickles. They both has tea, I did not. Right after eating his mom became very nauseous and had to step outside and his sister got nauseous about an hour later. His sister had diarrhea for less than an hour and then she felt better after that. His mom remained nauseous throughout the day and then it stopped, then late at night became nauseous again and around 5 began having diarrhea. She was fine this morning by 8 although her stomach still didn't feel right. None of this happened until we ate at the restaurant although I ate some things they did and I'm not sick, I have Emetophobia and am scared they had a stomach virus. Neither one of them threw up. Does it sound like food poisoning or something like that or a stomach bug? Because they wete fine until they ate.
