mirandagate Newbie (male) Join Date: Sep 2012 Location: Bristol UK Posts: 1	Day & night sweats I am 60 and male, yet I get sudden day and night sweats and they seem to last for at least half an hour or more and I end up feeling so uncomfortable, I have to change as my shirt is soaked with sweat. It's as if I can no longer control my body temperature what can I do? Help me please this has been going on for a couple of years. Last edited by mirandagate; 09-28-2012 at 03:49 PM.
