Why does my face go red so easily ?

So this has nothing to do with my health but why does my face always go red ? I can't talk to a group of people without it happening or present to a classroom even just talking to someone. It's super annoying and embarassing. It happened today, I was sitting in my classroom and my friend that I talk to a lot saw scratches on my arm and simply asked "what happened to your arm!?" And my face automatically went red .. why does it do this ? How can I make it stop ? I try to breathe through it an not think about my face going red but it just does. And when it goes red it's not like pink checks it's full on "omg why is your face so red".... help):
Also I have huge self confidence issues and I'm kinda quiet cos I fear I'll have a red face attack
