I am pretty worried. I found a small lump on my upper thigh near the crease between my thigh and groin. The lump is a bit smaller than a golf ball and I didn't notice it before today. I am pretty overweight so my thighs often rub together and I have a lot of issues with chafing, I don't know if that can cause it. I have been working 7 hour shifts the past couple days and I am on my feet for every minute of the shift, so at this point the chafing is pretty bad.

Should I be worried? I don't have health insurance and I live paycheck to paycheck so it will be hard for me to get it checked out. Is there something I can do to fix it? Could it be cancer?
