almamuerta Newbie (female) Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 1	Hypermobility Syndrome and Arthritis Does anyone else under 30 suffer from Arthritis induced my hypermobility or deformed bones? I use codeine and steroid shots for mine currently, but now since the encephalitis scare I have been scared about getting my next shot. What do you use?
