Hi

So for the past 6-8 weeks ive been experiencing an unusual set of symptoms.

-Ive been excessively tired, regardless of how much sleep I actually get.
-Ive had a swollen, slightly painful gland in my neck for the past 2 weeks, and further slightly swollen glands under my arms.
-Ive had persistent, painful headaches almost everyday for 5 weeks, although these are becoming increasingly infrequent.
-Ive had abdominal pain on the lower left side, which is persistent and increases with exercise. Ive also experienced light-headedness and shortness of breath when climbing stairs, which is unusual for me.
-Ive also noticed my urine is darker than normal, and ive,been,drinking plenty of water so it cant be dehydration.

I've been to the doctor for 2 sets of blood tests in the last week. The first results,came back saying I had anaemia, and irregularities in my liver (possible inflammation). The,rest were inconclusive, leading to the second set. I am still waiting for those results.

The doctor seems to think it is glandular fever, but I am unsure. Is there anything else it may possibly be? And will a monospot blood test reveal all possibilities?
