Question Complex 15 Therapeutic Moisturizing Cream

Gang, please refresh my memory on this product. I don't recall if you loved it or hated it. I was able to find it in my area. It struck me as a different kinda moisturizer, in that it is supposed to restore and maintain natural balance in dry, sensitive, skin. I was not dry or sensitive b4 acne medications, but now I am. This is totally NOT greasy and was quickly absorbed, and it felt VERY light......my skin was just "softer"...still dry, but softer. I did a check of the ingredients, and from what I could see none are irritants.

The Retin a micro people said I COULD moisturize dry areas after waiting 1 hour after application of the medication. Has anyone used Complex 15? Thanks, D-

Unhappy

Sadly no one replied on this simple moisturizer. It is light and absorbs right into the skin. Sorry, no one here really knows too much about it....I'm still testing it out and so far, so good. D-

I absolutely love Complex 15. I have been using it for years now. When I started using Retin A my skin got so dry and flaky. My derm told me he uses Complex 15 on his face so I thought I'd try it. I think I've been using it for about 5+ years now. It's the only moisturizer I trust since my skin can get sensitive.

Also, since I have very oily skin (on the T zone) and dry skin (on my cheeks) I find that it smooths my dryness but at the same time it doesn't make me extra greasy.

I too have been using Complex 15 for years and I have tried a lot of different moisturizers in the past (you know how you always think you can find something better) but really this stuff is the best. It's never greasy, has never made me break out and does a great job of balancing out your skin. Here's a sideline, I am also a proactiv user, I almost quit using it because it was so drying, but I discovered that if you half and half the lotion with complex 15, it balances everything right out, so for anyone who had good results on proactiv but found it too drying over time, you should try this, it has worked nicely for me.

Thanks Coca Cola for your input...I think it was actually YOU who told me about Complex 15. I thought I would never find it here , but I just came upon it when I wasn't even looking for it so decided to try it. That was about 3 nights ago when I was a flaky dry mess. I am more even toned today and definitly less dry. As I said b4, there is nothing glamorous about this product, but it does what we need it to do quite nicely. Hope others can try it as well.

BlueGreen: Good tip about the Proactiv mixing with the Complex 15. Maybe it can help some folks out there. Thank you.

Hey DeeDee, I'm glad the Complex 15 is working well for you. It can be tough to find one that suits the persons needs.
