cholesterol & Glucose levels
 
I got my physicals back and am worrying about my results.

cholestero: 214mg/dl
HDL:126mg/dl
LDL caluculated:134mg/dl
chol/HDL Ratio:3.9
Triglycerides: 126

Glucose:97mg/dl

these results are ok?? please advice.

What specifically concerns you about them? What are the normal ranges for the lab that did the testing because they are normal for the ones I know about.

Glucose levels between 70 and 99 mg/dL are considered normal.
Total cholesterol values less than 200 mg/dL are considered normal.

Your glucose is normal and the TC is just barely off. Was this a fasting test? If not, then I wouldn't give it another thought! If it was, I'd lay off the fast food, fried food for a while. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. It's not that high...it's barely over.
