Seriously can someone tell me how to determined if swollen? (right side more annoying)

I'm a virgin so I rule out anything related to HIV & so on.
This is getting uncomfortable, not painful, feels like a Pen rising up & down ,usually occurs with gut ache, btw i'm 110lbs is that why I'm feel it?

Is it cause of passing BM?
Rule out appendicitis cause its not painful & able to walk around

This sounds more like a possible hernia than lymph nodes. They are in the same place in groin. Lymph nodes don't move or come and go, but a hernia does. I would see your Dr and get it checked.

It does sound like a hernia i have one on the left when i went to see the surgeon he exzam me.
He told me that i have one started on the right
did not know did not feel the one on the right
Like i felt on the left
I go for surgery on november 13/2012

I Google it doesn't feel or look anything like a golf ball It feels like a (pen lying down & arising( recurs if had BM (goes away after) tho but didn't eat yet, or during a shower.

Painless but annoying to push down, but if I keep my mind off it goes away(in the shower) if i irritated it gets more it annoying.

MY PS thinks its my right lymph node (inflamed), tho if it was a hernia a ultrasound would have detected right. had this annoying feeling for like more than 5years.
