Gastritis or Esophageal Spasms? Please help!

Hey Guys,
Has anyone ever had Gastritis, where you had bad burning chest pain?

I had an EGD and Upper GI series, all they saw is a slight dysmotility and "mild antral gastritis". I had one GI doctor tell me gastritis will cause this and one GI doctor tell me, the gastritis was too mild and it's most likely esophageal spasms from stress.

I get really, really bad chest pain almost everyday. It's a really bad, deep burning and it lasts hours! Sometimes it's so severe it feels like a heart attack.

This has been going on for 4 months. I've tried all the PPI's, H2, antacids, diet changes, lost weight, etc. NOTHING brings any relief. Also had heart testing done, stress test, tons of EKGs, Echo, 24 hr monitor and all was clear.

Can anyone relate? Any input whether you think it's Gastritis or Esophageal Spasms?

Thanks!
