Exclamation Sharp pains above belly button- gallbladder removed...help!

I'm 24,I have 3 kids(3 c sections) and I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago. And during my last c section I had a tubal ligation! I've been taking slow release iron for a few months because my iron gets very low to the point that the dr wants me to get a blood transfusion, it's been at a safer level since I've been taking it, they said my other levels and thyroid stuff was fine. For the past few days I've been having bad stomach cramps right above my belly button, it's a sharp pain that I can feel throughout my back. It seriously feels like being in labor. Along with the stomach pains I've been having black tarry diarrhea with some blood. The dr said they were thinking because I'm close to getting my period. But it's been going on for days and the symptoms keep getting worse where I feel like I'm have hot flashes and chills, stomach pain that gets really bad when I eat or drink anything including water. I really don't have an appetite and usually feel dizzy/nauseous. I hate going in over and over and never get answers. How could they when only spending a minute or 2 getting to know my situation. And our health savings dwindling down rapidly. I've been watching foods, pretty much sticking to the diet they use for after have your gallbladder removed. I'm not too sure what else I can do. I just really need answers of what this is or might be, what's causing it, treatment/preventive care. Please help me!
